Radio star Michael “Wippa” Wipfli has announced his surprising career move – he is the author of an erotic novel for adults.
The Nova 9.6.9 breakfast host recently finished writing The Far Too Personal Trainer, which he started 10 years ago.
‘I get it. It is strange. It was a combination of different things that were happening at the time. “There were a lot of people in the media and celebrities releasing children’s books,” he told news.com.
“I thought no one did that for the adults.” What about the adults who want a bit of adventure, some spice and escape?
Wippa said the idea for the novel came to him a decade ago when he saw his wife Lisa reading the saucy book “50 Shades of Gray” and realized there weren’t many erotic stories from a male perspective.

“I read about the success of 50 Shades and thought, ‘How hard can this be?’ Why aren’t there erotic novels written by young Australian men? he said.
“Readers will be surprised by the graphic content, but I think they will also enjoy this guy’s idiotic storytelling.”
He then joked that if the story were made into a film, he would know exactly who would star.

“Main character Ben Holder is young, fit, I could play this role.” All the girls in it would be played [Nova co-host] “Kate Ritchie,” he said.
The book was released on Friday, November 17th and can be purchased at www.thefartoopersonaltrainer.com.
According to the website, “The novel makes Fifty Shades of Gray feel like a self-help guide to falling asleep.”
The radio presenter has been married to the love of his life, Lisa, for ten years.
They have three children together: sons Theodore (nine) and Jack (seven) and daughter Francesca (four).
