A second McDonald’s was hit by a pro-Palestinian mouse attack on Tuesday after the restaurant chain was accused of being “pro-Israel.”
A shocking video shared on social media shows restaurant workers desperately trying to contain dozens of rodents left in a container in the middle of the restaurant – the latest in a series of attacks against the fast food chain.
The mice are seen scurrying around frantically as horrified customers look on at the Perry Bar McDonald’s in Birmingham, while in the background a small child says: “That’s a lot of rats.”
The man who records the video and claims to have stumbled upon the chaos unfolding says from behind the camera: “Oh my God!” Look at that! You just dropped this off at McDonald’s. All those rats.
“Someone just got it. Oh my God,” he adds.
The man then turns the camera around to reveal his face as he gathers outside among other frightened customers.

It comes just a day after a pro-Palestine activist emptied another box of mice into another McDonald’s in Birmingham before walking away shouting “f*** Israel” as horrified customers left the contaminated restaurant.
A McDonald’s in Birmingham was hit by a second mouse attack in as many nights this Halloween evening in a pro-Palestine stunt
A video posted online shows the aftermath of what appears to be another protest against the fast food chain, with dozens of mice scurrying frantically across the floor of a restaurant
At one point in the video, the person recording the video, who appears to have just stumbled upon the unfolding chaos, can be seen on camera. He claims someone just “dumped” the mice and sent them to the restaurant
It is unclear which McDonald’s in Birmingham this latest attack took place at, but it is clearly a separate chain as it has a significantly different layout than the one shown on video last night.
In footage of Tuesday’s attack, one of the workers can be seen holding a wooden broom and watching in shock as mice scurry across the floor, while another tries to maneuver a plastic bag under the box.
A child’s voice can then be heard saying, “That’s a lot of rats,” while the man filming continues to react in shock, adding, “Look at that.”
Later, another voice is heard asking, “Did someone just throw that in?” to which the man filming replies, “Yes.”
It comes a day after shocking footage of a separate attack shared on social media showed a man throwing a box of mice across the floor of another McDonald’s on Monday.
Guests waited for meals at the branch of the Star City leisure complex in Birmingham as mice – spray-painted in the colors of the Palestinian flag – scurried across the floor.
McDonald’s confirmed on Monday that “a number of mice” had been released into the restaurant and insisted the now reopened branch had been “fully disinfected” after the rodents were removed.
The clip, captioned “Enjoy your rat burgers,” begins with a man holding onto fake license plates that read “PAIISTN” and “Free Palestine” as he arrives in his car.
The one-man protest was part of broader calls to boycott McDonald’s – which has offered free meals to IDF soldiers – as well as Starbucks and Disney for allegedly favoring Israel during the ongoing conflict.
The man, wearing a Palestinian flag around his head, opened the trunk of his car and grabbed the box of rodents before walking into the fast food chain and spilling them on the ground.
In the footage, two women run away in terror as the mice scurry across the restaurant floor. The activist can be heard repeatedly shouting “Free f***ing Palestine” as he walks back to his car, later adding “Boycott Israel” and “F*** Israel” before driving off.
At the end of the footage, there is a block of text on the screen that reads: “Targeted Boycott.” The Big Three. Start by boycotting these brands that are directly involved in supporting Israeli apartheid.”
Towards the end of the video, a recording of a phone conversation is also played in which a man brags: “All the alarms are going off and the doors are closed.” A second voice then adds: “Successful mission.”

The man, who also wears a Palestinian flag on his head, can be seen throwing the mouse box lying on the ground at two women, who immediately run away in horror
A McDonald’s spokesperson told Web: “We are aware of an incident at our Birmingham Star City restaurant this evening.” “The restaurant has been fully disinfected and our pest control partners have been called to carry out a full inspection.”
West Midlands Police said it was investigating the case after “live rodents were thrown into a restaurant”.
In a statement to
“This is currently being treated as a misdemeanor offense and we have active lines of inquiry in place to identify and subsequently arrest the individuals involved.”
It’s currently unclear who exactly is behind the McDonald’s mice stunts – and whether it’s the same person – as the man who originally posted a video of the incident on Monday denied responsibility.
Former limousine rental company employee and convicted fraudster Aamir Khan, 32, told Web he was sent the clip of the incident anonymously on Monday evening.
His brother Zahid, a fugitive who fled to Dubai before the pair were convicted of an exclusive license plate scam five years ago, told us that Mr Khan merely reposted the clip on TikTok, which then went viral.
Mr Khan’s TikTok and Instagram accounts – where friends congratulated him on the stunt – have since been deleted and police have launched an investigation to track down the person who emptied a box.
Mr Khan’s Instagram page contained numerous pictures of him posing on the driveway of the Khan family’s former home in Moseley, Birmingham, one of them just two weeks ago.

Neighbors said the address, which once had a house with an indoor pool, has been converted into an apartment building but still belongs to the Khan family. Land registry records show that it was purchased in March by one Basharaf Khan.
One neighbor said Aamir Khan still visits regularly, adding: “I recently saw him driving a blue Range Rover with friends.” Another said he had a Palestinian flag on the porch of the property just a few days ago noticed, while a tenant at the address said she believed he had a first-floor apartment there.
Residents at the address also recognized pictures of Mr Khan, with one tenant saying: “His name is Aamir and he is the owner. “He sometimes comes over in the evenings.”
A Vauxhall Corsa, said to belong to Mr Khan, was among the vehicles parked in the gated driveway this afternoon.
Neighbors at another address linked to the Khan family in the suburb of Hall Green said Aaamir sometimes “turned up behind the wheel of a supercar” to visit the occupants.
Mr Khan’s Instagram page noted that he worked at Royal Limos, a luxury car rental company in the city.
But a man who answered the phone at the limousine company claimed Mr Khan had left the company four years ago and was now in a casual relationship in which he received a commission for attracting customers by posting the company’s vehicles on his social media have.
The man, who called himself Adam, denied having anything to do with the McDonald’s incident.
When contacted via social media, Mr Khan said the McDonald’s video was “sent to me anonymously so I don’t know who made it”.
In 2018, Birmingham Crown Court heard that Aamir’s brother Zahid Khan was the leader of a West Midlands gang – which included Aamir and Ayan Ahmed and cousin Zubair Ahmad – who stole the rights to high-end personalized number plates and resold them for tens of thousands of pounds.
Just a few days before the end of the trial, Zahid, then 31, fled the country. He was sentenced to ten years in prison after being found guilty in absentia.
In June, jurors failed to reach a verdict on his three co-defendants, but all were unanimously found guilty of conspiracy to defraud after another trial.
Zahid then taunted the police and the judge from his Dubai hideout, where he posted videos of himself carousing with rapper Busta Rhymes at a VIP party.
Speaking to Web from Dubai via WhatsApp yesterday, Zahid said his brother had simply reposted a video that had been sent to him.
West Midlands Police said they were treating the McDonald’s incident as a “public nuisance offence”.
Police added in a statement: “We understand the distress this has caused and this is not acceptable under any circumstances. We have launched an active investigation to identify and then arrest the individuals involved.”
