Burgess, 31, was spotted on dating apps Tinder and Raya just months after moving out of the family home.
Sources close to the player have confirmed to Chron Australia that he left the property he shared with Joanna in March and has since moved into an apartment in Bondi.
Insiders claim the couple, who have three children together and were once considered inseparable, are “100 percent dead.”
It appears that the split was amicable and in stark contrast to the turbulent split between Burgess’ brother Sam and his ex-wife Phoebe.
Despite their split, Burgess paid tribute to Joanna in a recent Mother’s Day tribute.

She’s rumored to be preparing to launch a mummy blog/influencer business, which coincides with her recent social media announcement of a “special announcement coming soon.”

Burgess’s gambling addiction is public knowledge, and he has been open about visiting rehab to deal with it.

England-born Burgess admitted he felt the time was right, Chron Australia revealed last week.
“I was back in South Sydney working the company matchdays there and I saw the energy again and I felt like maybe it was time to go back to a football club,” he said after his unveiling in Cairns last Wednesday.
Burgess and his ex-model wife met in 2014 while he was playing for the South Sydney Rabbitohs.
Two years later, they got engaged and have three children together: Boston, four, Birdie, three, and Blainey, two.
