Two teenagers are dead and four others injured after a fatal shooting at a party in Mansfield, Ohio.

The Mansfield Division of Police is investigating a shooting that occurred in Ohio on Friday around 11:40 p.m.

The fatal killings left two teenagers dead and four others injured after the teens attended a house party the weekend before Halloween.

The suspect is still at large as of Saturday morning.

Mansfield police reported they collected evidence at the scene, including weapons and drugs.

The alleged shooting victims were 17 and 18 years old and the four injured partygoers were between 14 and 19 years old

The Mansfield Department of Police press release states, “The Mansfield Division of Police, Major Crimes Unit, is actively working on a double murder and four aggravated assaults in the City of Mansfield.”

Officers received several 911 calls after people nearby heard gunshots and saw people running away from the property.

The murders occurred at a house party near 810 Ferndale Road and the victims were teenagers who attended the party.

A 17-year-old and an 18-year-old were found dead in the home and two other people were taken to the hospital. The other victims were between 14 and 19 years old.

Mansfield police officers said, “A group of people fled the scene on foot and in vehicles, according to witnesses.” Those at the party were unable to accurately describe the suspect or suspects or the vehicles.

Lt. Robert J. Skropits said, “We are asking the community for help in identifying the suspects in these heinous crimes.”

The two deaths at the house party are the 10th and 11th murders in Mansfield this year.
