Ola Jordan has shown off her stunning 3.5x weight loss by getting back into her favorite catsuit – after she thought she would never fit in it again.
The former Strictly star, 40, took to Instagram on Monday, uploading a video at the start of her transformation journey and telling fans about her hopes of rekindling it one day.
After five months of hard work, Ola was delighted when she slipped back into the daring number, which plunged to her navel.

Kicking off her fitness journey, she said, “So I sorted through my closets and look what I found, my catsuit. One of my favorite catsuits.
“I mean, I wouldn’t fit in now. It’s like half my body can fit in it, but maybe one day…’
The video then jumps ahead five months to show the professional dancer showing off her toned figure as she went braless in the sheer, glittery catsuit.

She said: ‘Yes, I’m back in my catsuit!’.
Ola captioned the video: “So glad I kept this in the back of my closet! My classic catsuit.
“Over the summer I dug it up as motivation to keep going when we both decided we needed to get our butts up and make a change. But I didn’t think I could ever get in there again!

“Maybe you have something in your closet that you’d like to get back into? Tell me what – maybe your wedding dress?! It’s a great way to keep you focused once you’ve decided this is the year to get fit and healthy.
The post comes just days after Ola slipped into a green bikini, five months after husband James shared this “unflattering” holiday snap.
The dancer looked sensational in the two-piece as she showed off her new toned figure in comparison shots on Instagram.

The former Strictly Come Dancing pro has gotten back in shape with husband James and they’ve flaunted their combined weight loss of 6.5 stone after gaining weight after giving birth to daughter Ella, their only child, in 2020.
Ola previously admitted she was “appalled” and “disappointed” with what she perceived to be her “mother body” after sharing an unflattering holiday snap with Instagram followers in July.
In the before and after video, Ola was seen in the same swimwear showing her transformation while striking the same pose.

The husband and wife couple have now released their Dance Shred program, a 12-week format that includes a diet plan and fun cardio dance routines.
Ola said she used to weigh 8 and now 11½. weighs in while former dancer James came in at 5th and weighs in at 16th.
Ola told Web: “I feel like I’ve lost a whole person.
“Size 14 was my largest. I’m also quite small so a size 14 isn’t big for some people and that’s the problem with weight and sizes because some people say a 14 isn’t big. But being 5ft 3 and a size 14 is tall.
“I’m a size eight now. I missed my old self. There’s nothing wrong with admitting it.
“People now preach body positivity and they accept it, but I really missed the old me and it wasn’t just my body but dancing and everything else. Health is important to me and I want to stay healthy for as long as possible.”
