Olivia Attwood criticizes I’m A Celebrity’s 2023 line-up and admits she’s “happy” she’s not returning because she’d have “difficulty” being near TWO stars

Olivia Attwood has slammed I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! 2023 lineup and admitted she’s “happy” not returning to the show this year.

The former Love Island star, 32, was part of ITV’s 2022 schedule but had to pull out after just one day due to medical reasons.

There were rumors that Olivia would be back on the hit show this year, but she recently dismissed those claims and has now criticized the 2023 line-up.

She was asked by a fan during a question and answer session on Instagram if she was “sad” about not returning after seeing the line-up, to which Olivia replied that she was “happy” not to to belong to the cast.

Olivia hinted at her very strong feelings for at least two of the housemates when she said there were celebrities she would “look after” but mysteriously didn’t reveal who she was referring to.

Cast: Of the 2023 cast, Olivia hinted that she has strong feelings for at least two of the housemates as she said that there are celebrities with whom she “struggles to share the same oxygen.”

In response to the fan, she wrote: “Will I ever escape the jungle show questions for the rest of my days?” Lolol.

“But to answer: No, I’m happy. There would have been more than two with whom I would have difficulty sharing the same oxygen.” (But I think that would be the same case every year, that’s kind of the point).

“The only problem with me is I can’t close my trap x.”

Stars including Nigel Farage, Jamie Lynn Spears, Josie Gibson, Danielle Harold and Sam Thompson will enter the jungle when the show opens on November 19.

The star cast also includes Fred Sirieix, Marvin Humes, Nick Pickard, Grace Dent and Nella Rose.

Her latest comments came after Olivia denied rumors that she would be returning to the jungle this year.

Sources close to the channel admitted they were “absolutely disappointed” by her exit and hatched a plan to bring the TV personality back to the jungle.

But Olivia revealed that she unfortunately won’t be appearing on the series this year, writing on Instagram: “I didn’t want to talk about anything jungle related because if I’m honest that’s how it makes me “How things have developed over the last year is still charming.” Heart hurt… and brain.

“I’ve been avoiding Instagram, but the sheer amount of messages you guys are writing about the show, commenting on, meeting in person, etc., I feel like it’s wrong not to talk to you.”

She continued: “I couldn’t commit to coming back this year. “It wasn’t the right time for me.

“There were a lot of things I had to balance, but ultimately the sheer intensity of my schedule doesn’t allow for that much time outside of the office…”

But celebrities may not be the only campmates in this year’s jungle, as the rain will pound the set, a whole host of creepy crawlies and “flesh-eating leeches” will be making an appearance.

The unexpected weather in New South Wales has left workers scrambling to prepare the site.

Last year bosses had no choice but to close the camp for a whole day when they were hit by a storm. Joe Swash said there were “leeches everywhere in the water.”

Back then, downpours also washed parasitic worms that normally live in streams and bushland into suburban streets, so this year’s wild weather could spell trouble.

According to The Sun, construction work had no choice but to stop at the site earlier this week when heavy rain and strong winds made this impossible.

Workers still need to build the new test areas, which include an Aztec temple and an outdoor pool with six sunken cages.

The Bureau of Meteorology was forced to issue a warning for Murwillumbah, the New South Wales town where the ITV camp is located.

A source said: “At this stage of production, every minute counts, so even an hour stolen from the schedule is frustrating.”

“The rain and wind were strong – definitely not what people imagine from the Gold Coast.”

As for the weather, a show source said: “The production team are the best in the business and are used to working in all weather conditions.”

“There are contingencies for all weather scenarios. “Fortunately, the weather forecast for the celebrities’ arrival looks dry and hot.”
