The former Love Island star, 29, wrapped up warm in a black jumper paired with a stylish green skirt.
Olivia, who shares son Abel with Alex, 31, grinned as she attended the event for author Lisa Johnson, a global business strategist.

The star teamed her cozy look with a long black coat and a green beanie.
She also wore a pair of thigh-high leather boots and posed for a series of smiling photos with boyfriend Alex.
Olivia opted to sweep her short blonde tresses under the hat and opted for a natural makeup palette.
Her husband, who put his arm around her, looked dapper in a black jumper paired with dress pants and brogues.
He also put on a chic jacket for the evening in London for the icy temperatures.

Olivia and Alex enjoyed another night out after their surprise birthday dinner earlier this month.
The reality star wowed in a plunging corset bodice and a fitted black skirt at the swanky event at Bacchanalia in London.
Sharing a glimpse of the celebrations on her Instagram Story, Olivia was stunned when she was greeted by all of her close friends at the lavish party.

It comes after Olivia revealed she wants therapy before trying to have baby number two so she can work through the “traumatic” labor of her first son Abel.
The star welcomed her baby boy Alex in June this year and has been candid about her struggles with becoming a new mom.
But when it comes to growing her family from three to four, reality TV personality Olivia said she’d like to speak to someone to understand the difficult time she’s going through for the first time.
In an interview with OK Magazine, Olivia said: “It was quite traumatic for me and Alex.

“I’ve had therapy before and it really helped me, so we spoke to my mum afterwards and she said if you’re going to process what happened, which we’re probably doing, you can talk to the same lady as before.”
Olivia added that she has yet to meet her therapist for this.
“I think time heals naturally and you make progress and we’re very good at talking, but the option is there and there’s no shame.”
