The couple split in November 2020 after nine years together. They had two children: Otis, eight, and Daisy, six.

“Jason is not paying me child support, although I have requested through my attorney that we agree on an interim amount of child support to avoid further litigation in this case,” he said, Olivia Wilde wrote in her recent statement.

“While Jason and I have shared some expenses for the kids, such as B. their school fees, I have covered 100% of childcare costs while they are with me including but not limited to food, clothing, extracurricular activities and transportation. ”

She also claimed that Jason Sudeikis is richer than her and therefore has to pay her legal fees. The Blast reports that this is a standard request for such litigation in California.

“I am asking the court to issue a child support order so that I can provide for our children based on Jason’s standard of living. I also ask that Jason contribute to my attorney’s and accountant’s fees and expenses, not only because he is in a significantly superior financial position to me, but also because the vast majority of the expenses I have incurred are on aggressive, unwarranted and blatant actions are due to the behavior of Jason and his attorney,” the actress-director continued.

“Although I have not yet received any specific financial information from Jason, I understand that he is wealthier than me and has a much higher income. I don’t think Jason can disagree with that.”
