Olivia Wilde is enjoying an ice cream outing with children Daisy, six, and Otis, nine… amid a protracted custody battle with her father, Jason Sudeikis
Olivia Wilde spent some quality time with her kids in Los Angeles this week while her custody battle with her father, Jason Sudeikis, continues.
The 39-year-old actress-director was spotted taking little Daisy, six, and nine-year-old Otis for a bite of ice cream in a cloudy June.
She and Jason are embroiled in a lengthy legal battle over the children, which mostly revolves around the question of where Daisy and Otis will live.
This week, however, her worries seemed far from Olivia’s mind as she laughed and chatted happily with her little ones.
Her coming out comes after she signaled she has no aversion to another ex, One Direction pop star Harry Styles.

Olivia recently liked an Instagram video of Harry singing at Wembley Stadium which was proudly posted by his sister Gemma.
Meanwhile, despite their legal battle, Jason and Olivia have apparently also developed a friendly relationship as mutual parents.
About a month ago, the two were spotted giving each other a warm hug as they met to cheer on Otis at his soccer game.
Jason and Olivia have also settled their ex-nanny Ericka Genaro’s wrongful termination lawsuit.
Ericka accused Jason of “firing her on the spot” when she requested three days’ health leave due to the stress of the job and her split from Olivia.
The nanny exclusively told that Jason used to text her about his concerns about Olivia’s romance with Harry.
Ericka also claimed that Jason and Olivia got into a heated argument after Olivia prepared a salad with her “special dressing” for the English pop act.
According to Ericka, Jason got angry with Olivia and “lay down under her car” to prevent her from leaving the house and visiting Harry.

Together, Olivia and Jason defended what they called Ericka’s “false and bizarre allegations,” ranting, “Your 18-month campaign of harassment of us, family members, close friends and co-workers has reached an unfortunate climax.”
In legal documents obtained by TMZ last month, the former couple claimed Ericka voluntarily quit her job rather than be fired.
They also claimed she was “looked after by family,” who reportedly doubled her salary in 2020 and paid for her $22,000 vacation with her dog in London.
Also, sensationally, they accused Ericka of having a criminal record, which she failed to disclose when trying to secure her job with them.
Jason and Olivia alleged that Ericka breached a contract by speaking publicly about the family’s private life.
Harry and Olivia dated for about two years before splitting in March, and during their romance she co-directed the hit film Don’t Worry Darling with him.
She has vigorously denied a persistent stream of suspicions she first took up with Harry when she was still dating Jason.
“The whole notion that I left Jason for Harry is completely wrong,” Olivia insisted in Vanity Fair. “Our relationship was over long before I met Harry.”
