The Don’t Worry Darling director and actress, 38, looked the picture of fitness in a tiny black sports bra with thin straps that bared her chest, long black leggings and black trainers.

Her brown hair was tied back in a high ponytail and she donned black sunglasses to protect her eyes from the bright Southern California sun, covering her makeup-free skin.

The Booksmart director – who is being sued by her former nanny – wore a white sweatshirt slung over her arm and carried a light blue refillable water bottle.

Her abs were shiny after the workout.

The mum-of-two with ex Jason Sudekis playfully captioned the post “Running out of arms” and added gold star emojis.

The mundane workout photos and tattoo reveal come amid more personal drama in Olivia’s wife.

Ericka Genaro claimed she was fired after requesting sick leave in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Genaro claims her doctor prescribed her a three-day sick leave in 2021 to deal with the stress of Wilde and Sudeikis’ messy split.

But when she told Sudeikis, the lawsuit claims he “fired her on the spot.” She is now demanding additional payments, punitive damages and the cost of attorneys’ fees.

Genaro previously told how the Horrible Bosses star would text her about his concerns as Olivia Wilde started seeing Harry Styles more often before taking Genaro on a trip to London.

But the former celebrity couple was quick to hit back at Genaro’s claims, calling them “fake and whimsical.”
