A fierce fire that broke out aboard a yacht off the coast of Egypt in the Red Sea was filmed, showing the urgency of the situation on Sunday.

After a six-day cruise, a fire broke out aboard the boat Hurricane when it was 25 kilometers from the Red Sea resort of Marsa Alam.
According to authorities, an electrical fault in the engine room caused the fire.

A witness filmed the scene. In the pictures, a man can be seen jumping into the water to join the rescuers. The video was filmed by a Kuwaiti tourist who helped with the rescue.
Three British tourists were missing and 12 were rescued from the yacht after it caught fire, Egyptian officials and security sources said.
The Red Sea is a major tourist destination in Egypt.
