One dead in Belgorod and 32 Ukrainian drones intercepted in the Moscow region

One person was killed in a Ukrainian attack on a residential building in Belgorod (Russia) and a total of 32 drones were intercepted, especially in the Moscow region, Russian authorities announced on the night of Friday to Saturday.

In Belgorod, a city on the border with Ukraine, one man was killed and four others were injured in the attack, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said, adding that the city's water supply system was also damaged.

Thirteen Ukrainian missiles over the region

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, air defense systems destroyed 13 missiles over the region. He also announced that a total of 32 Ukrainian drones had been neutralized in the Bryansk, Kursk and Orel regions north of the border with Ukraine, as well as in Moscow.

Belgorod is 80 kilometers north of the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, which Ukrainian authorities said was heavily attacked by Russian forces on Friday morning.

In total, at least 30 people were killed and more than 160 injured in a large series of attacks across the country on Friday in Ukraine, Kiev announced.
