‘One is Little, Two is Good and Three is Too Many’ actress Suzanne Somers dies at 76

American actress Suzanne Somers, famous for her roles in series such as “One is Little, Two is Good and Three is Too Much” and “Step by Step”, died this Sunday morning, 15, at the age of 76 Result of aggressive breast cancer first diagnosed in 2000.

In a statement to People magazine, her publicist R. Couri Hay wrote: “She was accompanied by her loving husband Alan, her son Bruce and her immediate family. Her family was gathered to celebrate her 77th birthday on October 16th. Now she will celebrate his extraordinary life,” the text says.

The artist announced in an Instagram post in July this year that the cancer had returned. “I have been suffering from breast cancer for two decades and every now and then it comes back and I always beat it,” she wrote. “This is not new territory for me. I am a fighter.”

In addition to her fame starring opposite Chrissy Snow in One’s Little, Two’s Good and Three’s Too Many, Somers was also known for being fired after demanding pay equal to that of her costar John Ritter.

She also made frequent appearances in films and series, wrote more than 25 books on topics such as the body and aging, and also built a health and exercise empire from TV commercials.
