He had taken the little girl into his home to supposedly look after her. You, a vulnerable child of the DPJ. Instead, Alain Lavallée took the opportunity to subject this child to torture by sexually abusing him countless times. After his arrest, the pedophile even had the courage to blame his victim.

The resident of Saint-Calixte in Lanaudière pleaded guilty on January 18 at the Joliette courthouse to charges of sexual contact, incitement to sexual contact and sexual assault. In addition to the DPJ's little girl, Alain Lavallée attacked two other children and a woman. He faces a serious prison sentence.
The 59-year-old apparently enjoyed the trust of the social services because he and his ex-partner had taken in children for years. However, the DPJ had already intervened years before when a neighbor reported her for sexual assault. As soon as his partner at the time left for shopping, Alain Lavallée chased the other children outside and sexually attacked his victim. Sometimes twice a day and so often that the victim cannot quantify the number.
The girl was about seven years old when her nightmare began. The attacks were so regular that when his foster mother went shopping, the child knew that he had to wear pants and not underwear at the express request of the attacker.
Alain Lavallée systematically asked her to take off her bra and forced her to remove her body hair. To be on the safe side, he regularly examined his private parts. He also often asked the child to tell him that she loved him.
After years of abuse, the girl finally confided in her teacher, which led to her tormentor's arrest. In front of the police, Lavallée blamed his victim. In his eyes, she was the one who started it while he told her no.
Media coverage of the case prompted other victims to denounce it, including a neighbor and a relative's daughter. In the neighbor's case, Lavallée touched her breasts twice over her clothing. The teenager had denounced her. At that time, the DPJ intervened, but there was no follow-up. We do not know, why.
Alain Lavallée also sexually assaulted a woman in her thirties many years ago. He attacked the woman even though she repeatedly refused.
Sentencing observations are scheduled for next April. Until then, Alain Lavallée remains at large.
