TikTok can be banned in several countries around the world. Governments in the United States, United Kingdom, India, Canada, New Zealand and Belgium have already banned officials from installing the application on mobile phones.
The reason would be the threat to national security as there are laws in China that force Chinese companies to share data with the Communist Party. So there’s a slim chance a Chinese secret agent will see your little come sit for daddy dance.
It is not yet known whether TikTok will be banned in Brazil. But there are those around here who defend not only the veto of the Chinese social network, but also the ban on other platforms and technologies for national security reasons.
A strong candidate to be banned here is the QR code menu. In addition to the inconvenience it causes for those who are already hungry, the device prevents shortsighted people and people with technical problems from choosing their food.
LinkedIn could be another application to ban. If it’s already difficult for citizens to support a single person speaking about work, it’s even worse when thousands are speaking at the same time.
Influencers who advertise “instagrammable” restaurants will soon be banned. Items like caipirinha in a jar and noodles in a bowl are strictly illegal.
For the aesthetic safety of the population, “contact lenses” for teeth, facial harmonization and tattooing of eyebrows are banned from the country.
People who post gym photos with the caption “It’s Paid” will lose their passports and be banned from social media.
Citizens who say nonsense followed by the phrase “That’s my opinion” are also vetoed. If the opinion was good, someone would pay for it.
Also on the list of possible vetoes are masculinity coaches, shopkeepers sending zap, people singing praises in front of church, ventilation poles, separation poles, sunset poles with Silva’s music, people asking “what died of” in Post of Death, citizens, who ask, “May I ask you a question?” before you ask a question, schools that encourage entrepreneurship in children, mesacasts about motherhood, mesacasts, people who believe in horoscopes, and people of the Aquarius sign.
