The statement piece featured a stunning carved jade plaque surrounded by brilliant cut diamonds and black enamel.
Baz made sure his necklace was on display as he posed in a black suede jacket and matching trousers on the champagne carpet at the Dolby Theatre.
The filmmaker placed the jewelry on a plain white shirt for added emphasis and completed his look with shiny black shoes.

The couple’s daughter Lillian, 19, looked glamorous in a gold sequined dress as she hugged her dad on the red carpet.
