GAZA, Oct. 22 (Xinhua) — The number of Palestinians killed by Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza Strip has risen to 4,651, the Hamas Health Ministry reported on Sunday.
Meanwhile, 14,245 Palestinians were injured in the coastal enclave, the ministry said in a statement.
The victims included 1,873 children and 1,023 women, he added.
