Palestinian resistance confronts Israeli ground maneuvers

In statements broadcast here by pan-Arab broadcaster Al Mayadeen, the spokesman stressed that the militants had carried out infiltration operations and evaded Tel Aviv forces.

According to him, the Israeli soldiers carried out a ground attack after adopting a scorched earth policy and caused great destruction through constant bombing.

In the face of confrontation, the resistance is carrying out targeted retaliatory and defensive operations on all fronts.

So far, 22 Israeli military vehicles have been destroyed with Al-Yassin anti-tank projectiles, he said.

In this scenario, Abu Ubaida stated that the Al-Qassam Navy was able to direct attacks on naval targets off the coast of Gaza using a remotely controlled torpedo.

“Our defensive work continues and we still have a lot to do,” he emphasized.

He also called on all Palestinian soldiers and fighters to seize the opportunity and take part in this fight against Israel.

The Hamas representative informed mediators of the movement’s intention to release several foreigners in the coming days.

At the same time, he condemned the Tel Aviv government’s desire to expel the Gaza population and cause widespread destruction to restore its image.

On the same day, the head of Hamas’ political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, pointed out that the bombing of Gaza was greater than the atomic bomb dropped by the United States on Hiroshima and that Israeli aggression was supported by the Washington government.

Israel has begun ground exercises in several areas of the Gaza Strip in recent days after more than 20 days of intensive preparation.

The ground invasion in the Gaza Strip is one of the red lines that the so-called axis of resistance in the region from Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen and Iran has previously declared.
