Rio Paolla Oliveira this Tuesday (19) published a series of tweets in defense of the use of electronic voting machines in elections. The actress commented on the importance of this system and criticized politicians who were elected by elections and still make claims about the safety of the equipment.

“Since 1996, ie 26 years ago, the electronic voting machine has been our instrument for collecting votes. There is a generation that was born after this and is already voting with this effective, efficient and proven safe method. Family in public, dialing through the electronic ballot box, suddenly inventing a thousand stories to justify their own incompetence? It’s weird and shameful,” he wrote.

Paolla Oliveira was also concerned about the country’s image. “Brazil must not become a bad joke for the world, this is no joke. Something very dangerous is happening to our democracy!”
