Just a day before cousin Parineeti Chopra’s wedding, her Los Angeles superstar sister Priyanka Chopra shared a wish. Priyanka’s recent Instagram activity seems to suggest that she will be absent from Parineeti’s wedding to Raghav Chadha in Udaipur. Yesterday, unconfirmed media reports speculated that the Citadel star would not be attending the celebrations. In an Instagram story, Priyanka shared a happy picture of Parineeti and tagged her and Raghav Chadha. She wrote: “I hope you are so happy and content on your big day my little one…I wish you so much love always..#New Beginnings.”

This morning, around the time she would have landed in India for the wedding, Priyanka Chopra shared a video of herself and her daughter Malti Marie at an urban farm in Los Angeles, which they visited with actress’ brother-in-law Franklin Jonas. She captioned the post: “Farm life with our favorite uncle Franklin Jonas at the beautiful Kfar Saba Urban Farm. So quaint and fun. Thank you, Miss Limore. #Goat.”

Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra checked in at the Udaipur airport on Friday afternoon.
Earlier this week, Madhu Chopra attended the Sufi Night in Delhi. She was accompanied by son Siddharth Chopra. Here is a video from the Sufi night.
Priyanka Chopra, who flew to India especially for Parineeti Chopra and Radhav Chadha’s engagement, had shared these fam jam pictures from the celebrations in May this year. She captioned the post, “Congratulations Tisha and Raghav…Can’t wait for the wedding! I am so happy for you both and the families. It was so much fun meeting the family.” In the comments section of Priyanka Chopra’s post, Parineeti commented, “Mimi didi – bridesmaid duties ahead.”
The closest Priyanka Chopra and Parineeti came to sharing screen space was when they dubbed the characters Elsa and Anna for the Hindi version of Disney film Frozen 2 a few years ago.
Priyanka Chopra has had a very busy year. She starred in the Russo Brothers’ Citadel and in a Hollywood project called Love Again, a musical in which she starred alongside Sam Heughan and Celine Dion. She will next be seen in Heads of State alongside John Cena and Idris Elba.
