Paris Hilton has hit back at trolls who made vile comments about the size of her baby son’s head.
The 42-year-old socialite, who gave birth to nine-month-old Phoenix via surrogate, posted sweet snaps from her son’s first trip to New York City on Instagram on Friday – but the comments section was quickly flooded with cruel remarks.
Fans also took to TikTok to condemn the rude remarks. Hilton responded to a follower who defended her, saying her son is healthy.
She wrote: “There are some sick people in this world.” My angel is perfectly healthy.
“And yes, of course he went to the doctor, he just has a big brain.”

In the pictures Hilton posted last week, she proudly posed with her son on her lap, dressed head-to-toe in Burberry fashion with a plaid top, pants and little shoes.
This comes after Hilton responded to Spears’ tell-all memoir, set to be released this month.
The blonde told Extra’s Mona Kosar Abdi that she’s looking forward to the Toxic singer’s highly anticipated tome, which has already been leaked here and there.
And Hilton pointed out a surprising parallel in her two books; Paris shared her memoir earlier this year.

Paris also revealed in her memoir that she had an abortion when she was 22.
Paris commented, “It was extremely healing for me.”
“It’s very difficult to have to relive and remember things you don’t want to remember, but talking about it I think is really important, just letting it go.”
“And there are also so many people in the world who have been through similar situations that it makes them feel less alone.”

Hilton saw Spears “recently.” Paris didn’t say where or when the meeting took place, but said the Crossroads actress was doing well.

Paris added that a typical day in her life is “non-stop.” She added: “I don’t think anyone has the same 24 hours in the day that I do.”
When it comes to motherhood, Paris noted that the title “mother” is her “very favorite title.”
She emphasized: “Mothers are superheroes.” “I love being a mother so much.”
Paris and husband Carter Reum experienced an IVF journey that resulted in the birth of their son Phoenix, who was born via surrogate earlier this year.
Hilton gushed about her little man: “Phoenix is such an angel.” He just turned 9 months old yesterday.
“He’s getting so big. He’s going to be crawling soon, so it’s just so fun to see all these milestones.”
