Paris Hilton has denied conspiracy theories surrounding a photo of her and Britney Spears.
After sharing a photo of herself and the pop star at Cade Hudson’s birthday party on Instagram on Friday, the wealthy heiress responded to commenters who speculated that the singer’s presence at the event had been rigged.

One of the photos, which included Paris Hilton, Cade Hudson and Britney Spears, sparked a flurry of comments claiming the latter had been digitally added to the image.

While some users simply replied to Friday’s post, “It’s not Britney,” others pointed out that “half the chains were missing from the necklace in the photo,” asked, “What’s wrong with her fingers?” or captioned the picture “AI Britney.”
Paris Hilton set the record straight in the comments on the photo on Saturday.

“For anyone who’s asking, some of these photos were taken with an iPhone so they ended up blurry. So they used this app called Remini to make it sharp, and sometimes the AI distorts the images, she wrote. I didn’t mean to dignify all of that with an answer… But some of these conspiracy theories are absolutely ridiculous.”
