This year’s Coachella lineup featured a massive change as it was announced earlier this month that The Weekend, along with Swedish House Mafia, would be replacing Sunday Night’s headliner Kanye West.

It remains unclear how the headlining gig will work, meaning if they will perform one at a time or if they will shut down, but the publication’s sources said that The Weeknd’s part, given the time constraints of preparing for the show will probably be shorter.
This will also be Swedish House Mafia’s big return to the hugely popular music festival, having not performed there since 2012, having disbanded in 2013 at the absolute peak of their popularity.
The Weeknd first took the Coachella stage in 2012 and then three years later in 2015. He officially headlined the 2018 festival with Beyonce and rapper Eminem.

Even alongside the headliners, it’s a star cast like Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion, Lil Baby, Daniel Caesar, Phoebe Bridgers, Disclosure, Jamie XX, Run The Jewels, Big Sean, Karol G, Maggie Rogers, 21 Savage, and the Famous Composer Danny Elfman will all perform.
