“I’m happier and healthier than I’ve ever been,” she said in a profile of her in SPIN Magazine.
And after years of battling self-loathing, she’s finally learned to love herself.
“When I look in the mirror, I no longer hate what I see and I’ve grown into self-love … I try to treat myself kindly,” she told SPIN.
“I have some bad days where I’m not as kind to myself as I’d like to be… I don’t do anything perfect but I try to improve every day.”
