Pastor is accused of trying to put a McDonald's chef's head in the fryer because he “disrespected” his wife

HIGH POINT, N.C. (WKRC) – A North Carolina pastor was arrested after he allegedly attacked a McDonald's cook who works with his wife.
According to High Point police, 57-year-old Dwayne Waden received a phone call on Dec. 28 saying that employees had treated her “disrespectfully” during her training to become a manager.

Waden appeared at the restaurant, walked around the counter and then reportedly put his hands around the neck of one of her colleagues.
According to police, he then punched the victim in the face several times and pushed his head toward one of the fryers.
Other employees apparently pulled Waden off the 34-year-old victim, who was being driven to the hospital by a family member.
According to the police report, he suffered a “large contusion” to his forehead and right eye and scratches to his neck.
First responders were called to the scene and were able to view footage from the restaurant's surveillance camera.
Officers then took Waden into custody on charges of assault and battery. He posted his $1,000 bond and is due back in court on Jan. 22.
According to his social media, he is a truck driver and a pastor at Elevated Life International Ministries.
