True Romance graduate Patricia Arquette understands that as a Hollywood actress, there’s “real pressure to look a certain way,” and she doesn’t mind a facelift.
“This is my own face and if I decide to have a facelift tomorrow, I will do it,” the 54-year-old Oscar winner admitted in a Page Six article published on Saturday.
“Anyone can do whatever they want with their own face, but I understand why people feel that pressure…[The look is] that’s a kind of perpetual naivety, and you just don’t see it often in the human race. It’s kind of a Hollywood specific look.’

Patricia continued, “At the end of the day there’s Hollywood and your relationship to Hollywood as an actor, and then there’s also your own relationship to yourself and the world around you. “What adventures do you want to experience in this life?” I’m very happy with where I am right now.’
Arquette was last seen on November 28th attending the Gotham Awards with fellow Severance cast members Britt Lower and Adam Scott, where her show lost the 40 Minutes TV Breakthrough trophy to the Apple+ series Pachinko.
The Chicago-born blonde portrays unmarried Lumon Industries boss Harmony Cobel in Dan Erickson’s critically acclaimed sci-fi psychological thriller.
“I’ve been playing weird women lately and I have to say it’s really fun,” remarked Patricia.

“This character is really interesting to me. She’s a real company man in a way. She was indoctrinated by this company and does all these things for the good of the company. We can be indoctrinated in many things.’
Production on the second season officially began October 30th in Manhattan and will guest-star Gwendoline Christie, Bob Balaban and Alia Shawkat.

In August, Arquette was in Utah filming her directorial debut Gonzo Girl, a screen adaptation of Cheryl Della Pietra’s 2015 novel.

Arquette has two adult children — 33-year-old son Enzo with ex-partner Paul Rossi and 19-year-old daughter Harlow Olivia Calliope from her three-year marriage to Thomas Jane, which ended in 2011.
The equal pay activist, who was married to Nicolas Cage for nine months in 1995, is currently dating artist Eric White.
