The fight between Luana Piovani and Pedro Scooby continues to dodge around the internet. After the actress showed a conversation exchange with her ex, the surfer decided to speak up and show her side as well. According to the former BBB, he has attempted to resolve the situation with the mother of his three eldest children, Dom, Ben and Liz, in a legal and friendly manner.
“Given all the events and all the attacks I have received, I felt it important to make this post to clarify these issues and not allow any more untruths to be repeated about me and my life with my children. I still want to resolve it legally and amicably,” the surfer began.
On Monday, the actress posted a video to Instagram saying she disagreed with the amount the surfer was paying in child support for their three children. In addition, she also shared a conversation between the two in which she asked Scooby to take his share of the children’s expenses.
Netizens hacked into surfers’ networks to side with Luana and demand that Scooby pay child support. In the last video he posted on Instagram, almost all of the comments relate to the fight between the two. “Paying a good pension doesn’t pay”, “It doesn’t work”, “Be a more responsible man” are some of them.
Following the backlash, the surfer said custody of the children had always been shared and there was an arrangement between him and Luana to share expenses. With his return to Brazil, the former BBB intends to legally formalize spending on the children. He told the ex that he had already paid part of the pension she had set for that month.
“I have never refused to pay anything for my children, I have until January 8 to make this payment. However, I have already advanced 70% on the amount she specified on January 2nd. Before you answer me or my attorney Luana went online to say I didn’t pay,” he said.
Scooby said in his lengthy outburst that he tried to get in touch with Luana but that she refused to take his calls.
