Pedro Scooby reveals why he filed a lawsuit against Luana Piovani and shares what he did after his son’s post;

Pedro Scooby went public this Tuesday (31) to explain his version of the online disputes and the legal battle he is having with his exwife Luana Piovani. In an interview with Leo Dias, the surfer addressed the allegations the actress had made in recent weeks regarding the upbringing of the former couple’s children Dom, Ben and Liz.

“I’ve been through a lot and heard for a long time: ‘No, don’t say anything. Be still, don’t expose yourself. And I stayed in that place, but when they start telling lies about you, from the moment you shut up, you almost agree,” he explained of why he agreed to speak to the columnist .

“I’m actually here to speak for my side of what has been said in lies and what is actually true. But at no point do I wish to disqualify Luana as a mother or wife. I have never gone online to point out any flaws or flaws in her or any other woman,” added the athlete.

The discussion between the two began after Luana posted a video in which she explained that the athlete had given the children a cell phone for Christmas. In the chat, Scooby said he didn’t give his kids a stateoftheart cell phone, as the actress had said. In fact, he would have given the guys used devices as the intention was that they would only use them to access gaming applications.

According to him, the blonde called to talk about it, but since the kids were around, Scooby asked to speak at a different time. Cíntia Dicker, his current wife, would have called at the time and warned that the couple’s newborn daughter, Aurora, would need surgery. “It had been two days since Aurora was born, and then when I picked up the phone, all I could hear was Cíntia crying and saying, ‘Honey, they took Aurora out of the ICU, they took her to the operating room, and she are there gave her general anesthesia. I still don’t fully understand what’s going on. my world is over At that time I only said to my mother and my motherinlaw: ‘Take care of the children, I have to go.’ (…) I saw the video on the way to motherhood [da Luana] on the internet,” he recalls.

The surfer stated that the situation began to bother him when the children discovered the disagreements between their parents. “I didn’t know it would come to this. I’ve been living this for four years, more or less since we broke up. (…) On the 2nd day [de janeiro], when I got home, Dom was just coming back from the skate park. He walked up to me in the living room and said, ‘Dad, I saw the video.’ And I said, ‘What video, dom?’ And he: ‘Mom talks about you and marks your sponsors’. Then I said: ‘Leave it alone, my son. This is me and my mother’s problem, we will solve it. And he said, ‘Daddy, you can’t let this happen. You can’t let people tell lies about you,” he said. He claimed the charges against the firstborn led him to sue Luana.

Regarding the allegations of not having paid maintenance, the surfer stated that there was no defined amount because the two had never agreed on it in court. The exBBB even defended himself after being branded an ungrateful person by Piovani for introducing his exhusband to big names in the artistic world. “I have always been very grateful for everything she has done for me. But out of nowhere? I’ve already been sponsored, I’ve already started my career in big waves. (…) But I was always very honest with her, I never supported her because financially she was better off than me,” he said.

Again, Scooby denied attaching intimate photos of his exwife in the trial he is taking against her. He would have presented a printout of Luana’s Instagram profile to prove the lifestyle she reveals to her followers. “The way people talk, stories are distorted. I did not attach these photos. I said to the lawyer: ‘The process is ongoing, everything is on the Internet. Get everything there is on the internet’. At no point did I send a photograph of her to the attorney, nor was a nude photograph of her attached at any point in the trial. It doesn’t exist,” he assured.

The athlete also took the opportunity to clarify details of the trial and hearing that took place on Monday (30th). “IT IS [um processo] about privacy protection if they defame you. That’s what the process is about. I texted her and said, “Do you want to talk?”. She said: ‘Cancel the process and I’ll talk to you’. Today she did not show up, nor did her lawyer show up [à audiência]”, he continued. “I filed the lawsuit here in Portugal because she lives here. When she enters Brazil, there is no way to give her a name,” he added.

Finally, Scooby spoke about Dom’s post on Instagram. In the post, the young man is said to have sent his mother a desperate message and deleted it shortly afterwards. According to the sports star, the son responded to the comments he saw online about his parents’ argument. “At the time it happened it could have been my fault letting him look at Instagram because that was a place where he talked to his friends, he just posted skateboarding stuff. I don’t know after he created this whole place on the internet people went to tell him and he saw it,” he commented.

The surfer only saw the post after it was deleted from the social network. However, he got the son to apologize to the mother. “I was very saddened by what happened,” he said. He then revealed the conversation he had with Dom about what happened: “Don’t get involved in these things, it’s between me and your mother. This is an adult thing, you gotta stay out of it. Pick up my phone, send an audio to your mom and apologize, your mom deserves those apologies, you have to do this.” Watch the full interview below:
