Pennsylvania police found a machete and a large kitchen knife next to the decapitated body of a man who was allegedly murdered by his own son.
According to police, 32-year-old Justin Mohn beheaded his 68-year-old father, Michael, at their Levittown home and then raised his head in an unhinged YouTube video in which he denigrated the federal government and the Biden administration.
The suspected killer's horrified mother called police on Tuesday and reported that she had discovered her husband's body in a bathroom of their home, with a “large amount of blood” around him – and that he had, according to court documents seen by LevittownNow have no head.
Police then found the man's head in a plastic bag that had been placed in a cooking pot in a bedroom next to the bathroom, where they retrieved a large kitchen knife and a machete from the bathtub. Investigators also found bloody rubber gloves in a bedroom on the first floor.
Mohn previously published a revolutionary pamphlet entitled “America's Coming Bloody Revolution,” in which he claimed that Americans would soon have to choose between “losing freedom” or “killing their families.”

In a 2020 pamphlet, he claimed: “Americans must weigh which is worse – allowing themselves to lose their freedom and independence or killing their own family members, teachers, colleagues, bosses, judges, elected leaders and other older generations.” “
Mohn continued that family members could be “traitors” who want to “take away the freedom and independence that come with America, democracy and free-market capitalism.”
According to Newsweek, the document was published by Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing but has since been removed from the platform. It contained chapters titled “Why Violent Revolution is Inevitable” and “How a Revolution Can Succeed.”
The blurb read: “Much like Thomas Paine's 1776 Common Sense, which inspired the American Revolution, the short, easy-to-understand pamphlet explains why another revolution in America is likely… and how it might succeed.”

Mohn is charged with first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse and intentional possession of an instrument of murder.
In the disturbing YouTube video recorded hours before his arrest, Mohn allegedly held up his father's head as he declared he was the president of the United States.
Mohn said many saw him as the messiah and wanted him as president, while at the same time he urged relatives who lived with federal employees to assassinate them. He blamed the federal government for “woke mobs” and migrants who he said were destroying the United States and railed against “globalists and communists.”
In the horrific 14-minute clip, which remained on YouTube for six hours after it was posted at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Mohn can be seen holding up his father's head in a bloody plastic bag and declaring: “Violence is the only solution for the betrayal of the federal government.” '
He says, “This is the boss of Mike Mohn, a federal employee for over 20 years and my father. “Now he is in hell for eternity as a traitor to his country.”
could not confirm whether Mike Mohn was a federal employee. The retirement age for federal employees is generally 62.

Levitttown police said Mohn was arrested after 9 p.m. ET on Tuesday in Fort Indiana Gap in central Pennsylvania, about two hours from his last known home, while driving his father's car.
Police confirmed that the victim had been beheaded and that the YouTube video was part of the same investigation.
The first officers were called to the home just after 7 p.m. Tuesday and found a headless body in the bathroom, said Chief Joe Bartorilla of the Middletown Police Department.
“We were called to the house and officers went in and discovered the father had passed away upstairs,” he said.
“We're being contacted by some people in the community who know us and know him and his family. “And we're hearing a lot. “Obviously he's well known in the community just from the calls we're getting.”
Bartorilla said he warned the family about the video.
“I know he has siblings. “We told (the victim's wife) to notify them before they see the video or the video is sent to them,” he added.
Mohn is said to live there with his father; his mother Denice, 63; his brother Zachary, 35, and his sister Stephanie, 38.
His father is believed to have owned two businesses – a cleaning company and a literacy initiative – that apparently had no connection to the federal government.

The video was posted to Mohn's YouTube channel, where he had 115 followers. There are now only four videos on the channel in which he sings out of tune and plays music, as well as a photo of his face.
In the decapitation clip, he rants about taxes and declares that the economy is “on the verge of collapse” and that most Americans “can no longer afford the American dream.”
Mohn also said he had put a $1 million bounty on anyone who could kill top officials, including FBI Director Christopher Wray, Attorney General Merrick Garland and former Attorney General Bill Barr.
He said there was a “globalist and communist” conspiracy against the United States before ranting about the federal government and holding his father's head in a silver bucket.
Mohn's rant continued, targeting U.S. postal workers, journalists, the federal debt and the Federal Reserve, the border crisis, Antifa and the woke agenda.
It's unclear whether Mohn was a Trump supporter — while his rants included rhetoric popular in the MAGA movement, some of his comments toward the former president were more threatening than admiring.

Mohn said “the treacherous Biden regime” wants to “send America’s military overseas to fight for Ukraine and die in a Russian winter.”
He railed against “tax-dodging big tech companies” and those behind the U.S. prison system, railing against what he said was a “network of evil” that is “plaguing” America.
The suspect also claimed to have worked as a contractor for Microsoft and saw the company “evade billions of dollars in taxes.” He claimed he “reported a tip to the IRS about five years ago, but they just looked the other way.”
Mohn said that while in Colorado he uncovered a scheme in which the companies “created a constant level of unemployment, a constant level of homelessness and a constant level of crime to fill the prisons.”
Mohn said, “When I reported this workplace crime to the FBI, they showed up at my door and threatened me with arrest.”
Justin Mohn can be seen railing against the federal government, the Biden administration, migrants and the LGBTQ community in his YouTube video uploaded on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m
The deeply disturbed Mohn said: “Satan wants America to fall so he can unleash his plan on the world.”
Mohn then proclaimed, “I and many other leaders know how to fix America, but we have to fight for it.”
He said many within the political parties saw him as the best candidate for president ahead of the 2020 election – and said former Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper and former Ohio Gov. John Kasich would corroborate his story because their 2020 campaigns “were sacrificed for me”.
Mohn said he felt he could have been “the first unanimously elected bipartisan candidate since George Washington.”
He added: “But I have been betrayed by the FBI, the federal courts and my own family because there are people who believe I am the Messiah.” This belief that I am the Messiah is the reason you wrote this story never heard of on the news because she would spread that belief.
“I'm not saying I'm the Messiah, because I would never compare myself to Jesus Christ. I'm just saying, that's why I was deceived.”
And finally he quoted the Bible at length and said he had “a sacred mission.”

Evidence of Mohn's downward spiral can be found in a lawsuit against the United States government, in which Mohn is suing it for negligently granting him a student loan that turned him into an “overeducated white male” who was unable to find a job.
In a statement submitted shortly before Christmas, Mohn tried to blame the government for his plight. The lawsuit marked the fourth time Mohn attempted to seek $10 million in damages from the federal government – a case for which there is no legal basis.
He said in the filing that he graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2014 with a degree in agricultural economics management.
According to his complaint, Mohn began repaying his monthly student loans six months later. But then, at an unannounced later date, Mr. Mohn was unable to find a full-time position. He only got part-time jobs.'
Mohn said he then moved to Colorado to take a full-time job at a credit union and later took a job at an insurance company.
However, according to his complaint, he “viewed his post-graduation work as a “man’s job.”
In previous social media posts, Mohn complained about a “civil war” between him and his followers and what he calls “the cult.”
In an unhinged post, he wrote: “Even my own family holds on to this cult belief and is willing to go to prison to prove it.” “Donald Trump, if this isn't fixed ASAP, will “You’ll also be in prison for the rest of your life after I sue you for everything you own – that’s not a threat, it’s a damn promise.”
The suspected killer's Facebook accounts appear to have been deleted on Wednesday morning and his name is not searchable on X.
Apparently Mohn wanted to pursue a career as a musician.
On his YouTube page he writes: “Justin Mohn released his first album, 'The Story Of Humanity', in September 2017. His second album, 'Colofunkinrado', was released in September 2018. His musical style is a mixture of rock, funk and hip-hop, using piano and organ as the main instruments along with explicit lyrics, drums, synthesizer bass and other synthesizer instruments .
Mohn, who lived in Colorado after failing to find work in Pennsylvania, tried to become a musician and author
Mohn also wrote poems and conspiracy-filled manifestos.
One of his books was titled: “Poems I Wrote While Stoned: A Collection Of Poems.”
Another, “The Punishing,” is set in 2481, when Satan rules the world.
“After rejecting their Messiah and straying from the Word of God, humanity falls completely under the control of Satan and his minions – a race of artificially altered humans who no longer call themselves Homo Sapiens, but Homo Demonicus,” the blurb reads.
