A 33-year-old Pennsylvania woman who allegedly filmed the rape of a 7-year-old girl before showing the footage to another child has been arrested by police.
Ariel Hiestand has been accused by prosecutors of a dozen counts in connection with this horrific sexual assault by fifty-year-old Edward L. Williams, who was also arrested last week.
The 30-year-old is said to have filmed the victim being sexually assaulted by the 54-year-old, the Lebanon County District Attorney's Office said, according to Penn Live, citing the New York Post.
Hiestand showed the images of this abuse, which lasted the entire night of January 14th, to another child, the public prosecutor said, according to the local newspaper, after which the defendant confessed to the facts with which she was accused.
“Hiestand then […] “Admitted that the child had actually revealed to her that she was being abused by Edward Williams and that she had told the victim that she would have to allow him to abuse her again,” the Lebanon Daily News reported Tuesday.
The 30-year-old, who was arrested on Friday, is charged with child pornography, deviant sexual intercourse with a child, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of a child, among other things, it said.
