Pete Davidson seeks help over online harassment by Kanye WestSources close to the comedian told US media.
As PEOPLE magazine reports on Tuesday, since April Davidson “was mostly in trauma therapy” due to threatening posts West posted numerous times on social media while Davidson was dating the rapper’s ex-wife., Kim Kardashian.
“The attention and negativity that emanates from Kanye and his antics is a trigger [para Pete]and had to seek help‘ said the source.
The source added that Davidson, 28, recently split from Kardashian, 41. “He has no regrets about dating Kim and wants to make it clear that throughout their relationship she has been nothing but supportive.”
“In the future he just wants to focus on his career”added the source cited by the trade magazine.

A source tells PEOPLE Davidson and Kardashian’s respective teams took to Instagram about the post.
“His and Kim’s team have repeatedly reached out to Instagram asking that the platform become a safe place.”says the source, also citing West’s repeated attacks as one of the reasons Davidson “was absent from social media.”

A source close to Kardashian also told PEOPLE that Davidson’s involvement in trauma therapy played no role in their split. “Kim does not tolerate this behavior from Kanye”said the source.
Kardashian and Davidson had started dating West amid Kim’s divorcewith whom he shares four children: North (9), Saint (6), Chicago (4) and Psalm (3).
