A 22-concert tour beginning on May 18, 2023 in Kraków, Poland. He will also perform in Italy, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Peter Gabriel also plans to perform in North America in late summer and early fall.
A new album, I/O, his first since the release of New Blood in 2011, will be released on an undisclosed date.
“It’s been a long time. I’m surrounded by several new songs and I’m looking forward to bringing them to the streets. See you soon,” he said on social media.
Everything indicates that he will be joined on this tour by bassist Tony Levin, guitarist David Rhodes and drummer Manu Katché. Peter Gabriel’s most recent visits to Quebec were in the summer of 2016 with Sting, during the Rock Paper Scissors Tour and in September 2012 on the Back To Front Tour.
