The “Chez Roro” restaurant, a hut converted into a French fries and grill shack on the Petit Bourg bridge, at the entrance to the Grande Savane section, has been on fire since 5:24 p.m.
This section of road is also closed, no doubt because of the risk of explosion. The area is already very congested in such a context.
A crowd of onlookers is currently watching from a distance the intervention of the firefighters, who are sent in large numbers to the site; 16 men, including a Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS) officer, are present with two fire engines.
