Partly because of the fame director Wes Anderson has enjoyed over the years, partly because of the number of very famous actors in the cast, the premiere of Asteroid City at the Cannes Film Festival was highly anticipated. The film was launched in competition yesterday (it will hit theaters in Italy in September) and members of the cast, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hanks, Bryan Cranston, Steve Carell and Jason Schwartzman, were on the red carpet for photos leave with a certain nonchalance.
