News of a Ukrainian woman stopped at the border with over $28 million in six suitcases is making the rounds in the international media. He would have tried to cross the border into Hungary by joining forces with the war refugees. Her name is Anastasia Kotvitska and a professional model. Originally from Kharkiv, the second largest city in Ukraine by population, wife of former MP Igor Kotvitsky. The 52yearold is considered one of the country’s wealthiest politicians and was an exponent of the antiRussian nationalist force Popular Front before it was ousted in the hearts of Ukrainian voters by the list founded by Zelenskyy in 2018 Servant of the People. During his tenure, he spent years at the helm of the nuclear system and owned stakes in the country’s uranium companies. The couple have one daughter, the result of Kotvitsky’s previous relationship: Violetta, 24, who studied in Switzerland. At the time of the arrest, Anastasia Kotvitska declared that she was pregnant and justified the sums necessary for the birth.
