Frankie Essex stepped out for a sunny stroll with a double stroller on Thursday as she was spotted for the first time since giving birth to her twins.
The former ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star, 34, – the sister of former co-star Joey Essex – gave birth to a boy and girl with partner Luke Love on June 1.
Frankie looked happy and relaxed for her walk and trip to the grocery store, wearing a casual black jumpsuit.

During the walk, Frankie took a break in the shade amid the current heatwave in the UK.
The blonde beauty wore her long blonde tresses in a high ponytail and opted to go makeup free on the go.

Frankie happily announced the happy news that she was Ok! magazine earlier this month, telling the publication: “Double the love. Our baby bears have arrived’.
The reality star, who has been in a relationship with Luke for three years, announced that she was pregnant with twins in February, which came as a big “shock”.
Revealing how they discovered the news, she said: “The lady who was scanning me focused on a baby and then said, ‘Then what else do we have here? and I was so shocked and asked, “Are we going to have twins?” I burst into tears, tears of joy. It was just so beautiful. It was lovely.

“We had an early scan because we were so excited. There are no twins in the family and we conceived naturally. They are not identical.
“It was such a shock but it’s a blessing and we’re so over the moon.
‘It is wonderful. As soon as we told the family I asked if twins walk on either side and as far as we all know they don’t.”
A month later, Frankie shared the news that she was expecting a boy and a girl during a gender reveal party attended by her famous family.

In one, Frankie was joined by her cousin Chloe Sims, and she then walked to the mic to thank her guests for coming, urging them to go to the garden to watch some fireworks to find out if they were boys ‘Girl or one expected of everyone’.
She said: “Everybody come out and celebrate with us. We’re so excited.’
Joey then shared video of blue and pink fireworks exploding in the sky before panning the camera to Frankie, who celebrated by kissing Luke.

While the star admitted the pregnancy was “mind-blowing”, she recently insisted she was “not nervous” and was busy renovating her new home.

Frankie revealed that she became pregnant shortly after going off birth control, but didn’t have time to get nervous as she was busy working with Luke on her new home.

She explained: “I’m not nervous. I’m just concentrating on finishing the house as we just moved in when I found out I’m pregnant,” she said.
“I love taking care of people so I hope I will be a good mom! It’s so overwhelming being pregnant with all the emotions you go through. But since I have the house, I had to concentrate on a lot.”
Frankie added that the couple initially didn’t want to know the gender of their baby but then planned to find out so they don’t have any more “surprises”.
