Anant Ambani got engaged to Radhika Merchant today

Reliance Industries (RIL) Mukesh Ambani’s son, Anant Ambani, got engaged to Radhika Merchant today. The couple had a traditional Roka ceremony at Shrinathji Temple in Rajasthan’s Nathdwara.
Radhika Merchant is the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, CEO of a pharmaceutical company.

Parimal Nathwani, Director-Corporate Affairs, Reliance Industries Limited took to Twitter to congratulate the couple.

Mukesh Ambani threw a mega engagement party at his Antilia home in Mumbai. Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji led the celebrity appeal.

In June, Mukesh Ambani and his wife Nita Ambani hosted Radhika Merchant’s Arangetram ceremony at Jio World Center in Mumbai. Arangetram is a dancer’s degree for their formal training in classical dance.
Anant and Radhika have known each other for a number of years and today’s ceremony begins the formal journey of their wedding in the months to come. Both families seek everyone’s blessings and well wishes for Radhika and Anant as they begin their journey of togetherness.
Anant graduated from Brown University in the US and has since held various roles at Reliance Industries, including serving on the board of directors of Jio Platforms and Reliance Retail Ventures. He currently leads RIL’s energy business. Radhika is a New York University graduate and board member of Encore Healthcare.
Anant, the youngest son of Reliance’s chairman, will lead the company’s new energy business.
