‘I could do it all over again’: Pierce Brosnan, 69, shares a throwback wedding snap as he wishes his 21-year-old wife Keely Shay Smith, 58, a happy wedding anniversary
Pierce Brosnan paid a heartfelt tribute to his 21-year-old wife Keely Shaye Smith on Friday as he wished her a happy wedding anniversary.
The 69-year-old James Bond star shared a throwback snap of the couple on their wedding day on Instagram, and gushed, “I could do it all all over again.”
His brief but sweet declaration of love read: “Happy anniversary my dear Keely, we danced that night and are still dancing the dance to this day. I could do everything again. ❤️ [sic].’

Keeley, 58, shared the same picture on her Instagram and simply wrote: “Happy anniversary my love.”
A host of Pierce’s fans and showbiz friends were quick to respond to his post as they shared their well wishes on this special day.
Pierce tied the knot with Keely in August 2001 in his native Ireland.
Pierce met Keely, 57, at a party in 1994 following the death of Pierce’s first wife Cassandra Harris in 1991 and hit it off before finally deciding to tie the knot seven years later.

The couple have two sons together, Dylan, 25, and Paris, 21, and is the youngest of Pierce’s five children.
The Mamma Mia! Hunk also has son Sean, 38, and adopted son Chris, 49, as well as his late adopted daughter Charlotte with Cassandra.
Pierce adopted Cassandra’s children Chris and Charlotte after their father Dermot Harris died in 1986.

Pierce has often spoken about how Keely saved him from depression after his personal tragedies, describing it as a strength I couldn’t live without.
Pierce opened up to People in April 2017 about how the couple enjoys each other’s company.
He said, “My wife and I took a short road trip to Santa Barbara for a romantic weekend, looking at homes and drinking great wine,” he said.
“We didn’t listen to music, just heard each other’s voices and put the world in order.”

Meanwhile, the actor has a number of projects under his belt this year, including the film The King’s Daughter, in which he plays King Louis XIV; the DC film Black Adam, in which he starred opposite Dwayne Johnson as Dr. Fate will play; and The Out-Law, an action comedy starring Nina Dobrev and Michael Rooker.
Brosnan will also be featured in a project for The History Channel called History’s Greatest Heists, which will chronicle large-scale heists, Deadline reported Wednesday.
Airing in eight parts, the series chronicles events ranging from the 1899 Wilcox train robbery to the 1950 Great Brink robbery in Boston, with “stylized” recreations of the crimes and visual effects, the outlet reported.
