The singer, 43, who is married to Carey Hart, 47, showcased her enviably sculpted physique in a scarlet one-shoulder suit with a daring neckline that revealed her tiny waist and toned legs.
The Who Knew hitmaker clad in a silver foil effect jacket and accessorised with shimmering silver hoop earrings.
In the candid interview, the star, who is famous for his aerial acrobatics on tour, spoke about how when the star trains three times a day, she stays in phenomenal shape on the go.
The star, who’s a fan of cardio HIIT, yoga, Pilates and cardio kickboxing, trains mornings and afternoons before doing “two hours of pure, psychotic cardio on stage at night” – with the star explaining, “I have so much energy. ‘

While making her home on her Southern California farm, the singer maintains her disciplined lifestyle and exercises every day.
She said; “I want to be strong. I identify with my core, my intuition and my strength. I have wide, big feet and I joke, ‘All the better for kicking you with them.’ I’m small, low to the ground, fast and agile.”
The star, who underwent hip and double disc surgery in her back last year, also shared how she underwent a two-week program at SHA Wellness Clinic in Alicante, Spain, where she followed the anti-inflammatory kushi diet.
The star ate a diet full of veggies, beans, and whole grains, with apple cider vinegar mixed with water at each meal.
She said: “I was probably a little depressed from all the loss and I couldn’t lose weight to save my life. I exercised three hours a day, ate clean, and my metabolism was a dud – I couldn’t get anything going.
Her diet now includes miso soup for breakfast, along with fish, salad and scrambled eggs with spinach.
She is mother to daughter Willow, 11, and son Jameson, six, with husband Carey.

The former motocross competitor took to Instagram to document his physical recovery from spinal fusion surgery in December, when he shared a shot of a home workout and an upbeat message as he battles through the challenging period.
Hart said last month an infection led to a catheter being installed in his chest.
“Thorax baby,” the Seal Beach, California native captioned the shot, in which he wore black shorts with black gloves and worked out on a red mat. “My old and infected self is still behind.”

Hart said he’s halfway through the antibiotic treatment he’s undergoing and likes Fox Racing Moto’s new training line, adding: “Look at all their technical gear for men and women!!! stuff is real.’
Hart closed the post by saying, “No apologies folks, you get that. Do it, give 100%.”
Hart explained his medical situation in detail last month when he posted a trio of images of himself administering antibiotics through a medicine cabinet and what his chest looks like with the catheter and wires attached.
He said he found out “a few days before Christmas” that he had “an infection in some old hardware”. [his] body”, which led to a stressful holiday season.
“I installed this tunneled catheter in my chest,” Hart said. “Now I have to be on antibiotics for the next 41 days to take that git out.
“I can handle having a bone sticking out of my skin, but this catheter is definitely nerve wracking. Wondering if I can push through some caffeine? Just kidding.’
Hart, who recently celebrated his 17th anniversary with the Get the Party Started artist, said the full medical coverage isn’t how he wanted to start the new year, but that he’s “grateful it was found and modern medicine has the tools to treat them.’
He concluded by saying: “It’s going to be a long 6 weeks but I’ve got this. Come back better and stronger. Everyone take care and stay healthy!’
