Pippa Middleton looked like a doting mum in every way as she enjoyed a sun-kissed day at the beach with her husband James Matthews and their children in St Barts.
The mother-of-three, 39, showed off her stunning figure in a ruffled white swimsuit as she soaked up the sun alongside her children Arthur, four, Grace, one, and their baby daughter Rose.
Pippa was seen splashing into the waves on Sunday to bathe in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean while her husband and son appeared to enjoy a dip in the sea.
With her hair tied back, Pippa looked effortlessly chic in her statement one-piece suit, which she paired with stylish sunglasses.
The Princess of Wales’ younger sister, an author and socialite, who married James in May 2017, appeared to be enjoying every minute of her sun-kissed getaway as she frolicked on the white sand beach.

Pippa has previously been spotted on the island during the winter holidays, including with her brother James Middleton in December 2019.
On Saturday, the mother-of-three showed off her washboard abs in a bright red bikini while on vacation.
On his beach trip, Pippa’s husband wore colorful shorts with a picture of an idyllic beach scene and sunglasses.
The Matthews family owns the Eden Rock Resort on St. Barts, one of the most exclusive hotels in the region. Stars like Elton John, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio have stayed at the resort.
James’ parents, David and Jane Matthews, moved to St Barts in September 1995 after buying Eden Rock from local adventurer Rémy de Haenen.
She won an athletic scholarship to Marlborough College and this week Pippa showed she hadn’t lost any of her athletic prowess as she showed off her washboard abs in a bikini.
The ultra-fit mother-of-three has long been open about her love of sports and is often seen jogging around central London, heading to her local gym or cycling in the countryside near her parents’ home in Berkshire.
She previously revealed in a 10-week column in partnership with Waitrose Magazine that her fitness regimen ranges from “brisk, rigorous walking” to high-intensity interval training.

Fitness expert Luke Goulden told FEMAIL following Pippa’s fitness routine sounds ideal for fitting into a busy schedule – and explained that it’s possible to fit a quick jog or squat into any routine.
The online coach explained that looking like the Princess of Wales’ sister won’t help you but could help improve your “quality of life”.
He said: “Will jogging, plie squats, planks and wall push-ups make you look like Pippa Middleton? No of course not.
“But working on improving your strength and cardiovascular fitness will most likely improve your quality of life and well-being.
“Whether you’re chasing after the kids all day, have a busy, stressful job, or do both, being fit and strong will help you meet the demands of life.
“And when time is short, something is always better than nothing. So keep the perceived barrier to entry low, you don’t have to work out for hours, go for a fast jog, do a few plie squats, planks and push-ups at home, resulting in overtime hours you can’t do what you can’t do.
He continued, “It’s also important to know, and one mistake I keep seeing is people who rely too heavily on exercise to get in shape or tone up.

“Exercise can certainly help, but the key to getting and staying in shape is to focus on your eating habits and behavior, especially if your goal is to lose weight or get leaner.”
Pippa is known as an avid sportswoman. She played hockey and tennis at the University of Marlborough and Edinburgh and, like her sister, trains every day.
In 2011 she ran a 5K in the GE Blenheim Triathlon, held annually at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire.
According to friends, she had exercised daily to get in shape for the event and had seen a physio to make sure she was in tip-top shape.

Four years later, she competed in the ÖTILLÖ 50-mile swim and run event in Stockholm, Sweden – a challenging 50-mile distance across 26 of the archipelago’s 1000 islands.
She managed to put a smile on everyone’s face and even wave to spectators despite the challenging conditions, and finished the race in 13 hours, four minutes and 24 seconds.
Competitors must run in a wetsuit and are not allowed to remove their trainers for the swimming sections – which all include a dip in the notoriously cold Baltic Sea.
She has also competed in the grueling Engadin Ski Marathon, the GE Blenheim Triathlon and the Bosphorous Cross-Continental Swim.

She has previously spoken about how important her fitness is to her personal routine, explaining, “Exercise is a big part of my life and a very personal thing to me; it is so important for the body and mind.”
In a Waitrose 10-Week column about her fitness regimen in 2019, she opened up about her routine.
She said brisk walks are “great for burning fat and increasing fitness” and “do wonders for your body shape, especially if you’re looking for quick results.”
HIIT is similar to circuit training, you train in short, explosive bursts with a short recovery period before moving on to another short, explosive exercise.
In her monthly column, where she also shared her diet and exercise tips, she admitted that she likes a simple 30-minute full-body workout.
She swears by four key exercises — ladders, plié squats, wall pushes, and the “classic plank” — that are “fast and great for the whole body.”
She said: “To get us started, I’ve selected some of my favorite exercises to tone the whole body, all of which can be done at home. Do the routine three times a week and you’ll really notice a difference.’
Each exercise takes about two minutes, and she recommends a 30-second rest between movements with a two-minute rest at the end of each circuit.
She added: “I know that fitting in at least three, ideally five workouts a week – whether it’s a 30-minute run, an hour’s walk or a good game of tennis — I know it boosts my mood and energy and helps and I sleep and digest.” better.
“So I’m making it a priority, regardless of the weather or my work schedule. It’s about finding the balance that works for you, your work, and your family so that good health is easy, real, and achievable without being some “my body is a temple” holes.
In the meantime, she has also placed a lot of value on outdoor exercise.
In week four of her 10-week toning plan, she explained, “Fresh air, scenery and nature can all contribute to that feel-good factor, so exercising outdoors will revitalize the soul and flush cheeks for a healthy glow.
“Check if your local park has an outdoor gym and make the most of your natural resources and the environment, e.g. B. a local footpath or hiking route.”
In 2019, Pippa looked like a supermum when she was spotted jogging along Chelsea Embankment for a run along the Thames – with a stroller in one hand and her two dogs in the other.
The socialite was dressed in gym attire and wore a vest that showed off her well toned arms.
Her hair blew in the wind as the dogs struggled to keep up with her, tongues flapping after the baby jogger.
Walking in a buggy is a great way for new moms to regain their fitness, although it’s generally recommended that babies should be around six to nine months old so they can sit up straight and hold their heads properly.
Pippa also mentioned that getting her kids to baby swim and gym classes helps keep them active too.
She revealed in her Waitrose Weekend Fitness column that she took her son Arthur to her local baby gym for regular workouts.
Explaining helps “encourage movement, balance, and strength” as little ones navigate soft play areas, mini-trampolines, and other structured activities.
