Yahel’s heartbroken family paid tribute to the “beautiful” teenager this afternoon
Yahel Sharabi, 13, disappeared after the terrorists attacked Kibbutz Be’eri
Yahel’s older sister Noiya Sharabi (16) and her Israeli father Eli Sharabi remain missing, while their uncle Yossi (53) was kidnapped and taken to the Gaza Strip.
On Tuesday, her heartbroken family shared disturbing footage of their blood-spattered home, with stained possessions strewn throughout the house as Lianne’s blood covered the walls and floors.
It is believed Lianne had been sending panicked text messages to relatives saying she had heard gunshots outside the house before the horrific massacre.
The grieving family said in a statement: “Beautiful Yahel.” A bundle of irrepressible energy and joy, with a cheekiness that made you smile and a sharp mind. Full of adventure and mischief, we will miss her forever, but are grateful for the light she brought into our lives in the all too short time she was with us.”
The family is now calling on Prime Minister Rishi Sunak to visit the war-torn country and call on Hamas to release all hostages.
Lianne called her family in a panic as terrorists began attacking their kibbutz, her sister-in-law Nira Sharabi revealed today. Recalling the horrific events, Nira told Web: “The last contact I had with Lianne and the girls was around 11am on Saturday morning.”
“She sent me a message saying, ‘Nira, I can hear you.’ They are here at our house. They shoot and shout “Die Israel”. “Please call for help.”
‘I told her; ”Be strong! I’m calling for help!” But ten minutes later I lost contact with her and the girls.
“We later learned that Lianne and Yahel had been murdered. But we don’t know what happened to Noiya and her father Eli. All we know is that the terrorists broke into their safe room.
“Eli had barricaded the door and was holding the handle, but the terrorists managed to open it.” When the soldiers entered, there was a pool of blood outside the security room door.
“The terrorists didn’t burn down the house, they destroyed everything. Everything in the house was broken. They even shot Moka the dog. She was found dead under the table in the living room. She had bled to death.’

Cpl. Boni, who served in the 77th Battalion of the Armored Corps, wrote a heartfelt message to her family as she confronted Hamas terrorists
Cpl. Naama Boni, who served in the 77th Tank Corps Battalion, was at her post when the Zikim military base in the town of Kiriyat Arba was overrun by terrorists early Saturday morning, Israel’s Ynet news agency reported.
After finding temporary housing, Boni reached out to her friends and family.
“You are all very important to me. “I have a head injury and a terrorist nearby might start shooting at me,” she texted. “I am currently with an injured Golani Brigade soldier and there is no backup available.”
In another update, she detailed the traumatic situation she found herself in.
“There are terrorists here who don’t want to leave.” “I can hear someone screaming and it appears to be a human victim,” she wrote.
Her aunt, Shmirit Ilook, told Ynet that her niece was stationed at the entrance when the gunmen entered after arriving by sea.
Ilook said: “At around 7.30am, she was still sending us messages about the terrorists firing on her, after which she stopped replying.”
Boni’s family members called frantically to locate her. She was eventually hospitalized at Brazilai Medical Center, but no one would provide details about her condition.
“We desperately wanted to believe she was still alive, but when the notification officer showed up at her parents’ house, we knew she had become just a statistic,” Ilook said.
