In 2011, Karina launched her swimwear label, Moana Bikini, which has become a household name for women across Australia.
Last year, Irby was humiliated when she was convicted of a skin condition during a pedicure.
The bikini designer has opened up about the battle she has fought throughout her life with eczema, which has left her skin covered in scars and “white patches”.
In an emotional Instagram video, she said she now feels “good” about her body and wants a pedicure – something she has previously avoided because of her skin.
Unfortunately, Karina's bravery did not boost her confidence, but rather earned her judgment from her podiatrist.
“I have bumps, bumps, scars, I look completely different. “But this lady looked at me like I was a pure disease,” the blonde beauty said in an emotional video.
