Angry about missing his last subway ride, a man who yelled at and attacked a Société de transport de Montréal (STM) employee last summer, then followed him to his car to destroy it, wanted by the police.
The unpleasant incident occurred on the night of July 3rd at the Joliette subway station. At around 1:20 a.m. the suspect, probably 40 to 50 years old, attacked the STM employee.
He first insulted him, then threw an “object” at him and then chased him to his private vehicle.
The employee then fled into his car to protect himself from his attacker. The latter took the opportunity to damage the vehicle before finally fleeing.
Damage to the vehicle is estimated at approximately $5,000.
More than three months after the events, Montreal police officers have still not managed to find the perpetrator of this senseless attack.
