The facts
The tragedy began when David Rodríguez had an argument with his sentimental partner Gloria Mendoza, 21, whom he was holding by the hair, prompting Wynwood nightclub security to intervene.
After the Antillean was strangled with the key known as “el popo” or “mataleón”, the guard fled.
In the first hours after the incident, police arrested two other nightclub security guards and conducted investigations.
