When her DNA test went wrong for the third time, the dancer lost all rights to the boy. Therefore, the police will decide to search for the alleged real birth mother of the boy. The woman from Maranhão will have a fit just thinking about a woman claiming custody of her child.
In the next chapters of Globo’s nine o’clock soap opera, the protagonist will see a photo of her son among the missing children and ask Helô (Giovanna Antonelli) for an explanation.
“This means that Tonho has a father who has been identified and a mother who may be looking for him,” says the delegate, suggesting that the boy may have been kidnapped or swapped. “No mother is looking for him! I am his mother!” Brisa reacts.
She will also ask the police officer if Justice Tonho will give to any woman who says she is the boy’s mother. “If the DNA matches… Go!” the police officer replies. “Mercy!” Creusa (Luci Pereira) reacts in disbelief. “It’s real, Brisa!” complains Stenio’s exwife (Alexandre Nero).

Travessia will end on May 5, giving way to the telenovela Terra e Paixão, a storyline written by Walcyr Carrasco. The new primetime rural soap opera stars Barbara Reis as the protagonist.
