Spears, 40, shared the news on Instagram along with a photo of a cup of tea surrounded by flowers. Spears wrote that she “got a pregnancy test… and uhhhhh well… I’m having a baby.”
She explained she was confused as to what was going on with her body when she “lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip, only to gain it back.

Spears said four days after the pregnancy test, “I got pregnant with a little more food 🤰🏼🙈🙈🙈 It’s growing!”

The ‘Gimme More’ artist noted that she doesn’t often appear in public because she likes to avoid the paparazzi. Spears also spoke about her mental health during a previous pregnancy.

“It’s hard because when I was pregnant I had perinatal depression… I have to say it’s absolutely awful,” she wrote. “Women didn’t talk about it back then…some people thought it was dangerous for a woman to complain like that with a baby inside her…but now women talk about it every day…thank God we don’t have to keep the pain a reserved proper secret.” .”
She closed the post by saying, “This time I’m going to do yoga every day 🧘♀️ !!! Spread much joy and love.”
Spears shares two children, Sean Preston Federline, 16, and Jayden James Federline, 15, with her former husband Kevin Federline.

“I want to be able to get married and have a baby,” she said during the hearing. “I was just told in conservatory that I can’t get married or have a baby. I have (an) IUD in (me) right now, so I won’t get pregnant.”
Spears remarked, “I wanted to take the IUD out so I can try to have another baby, but this so-called team won’t let me go to the doctor to take it out because they don’t want me to have any more kids.”
Last year, Asghari spoke about the next steps he wanted to take in life with his then-girlfriend.
“My priorities in life are to stay humble and understand where I come from and where I’m going,” Asghari told Forbes in a March 2021 interview. “I want to take my career to the next step when it comes to acting goes. I also want to take my relationship to the next step. I don’t mind becoming a father. I want to be a young father.”

Asghari, 28, and Spears announced their engagement in September, just hours before the music world walked the red carpet for the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards.

The ring has a four-karat round brilliant stone in a cathedral setting of platinum and is engraved on the inside of the band with “lioness,” Asghari’s nickname for Spears, Forever Diamonds NY USA TODAY said in a statement.
A month after their engagement, Asghari surprised his new wife with an addition to the family: a Doberman pinscher puppy named Porsha.
The dog should “love you unconditionally and be trained to protect you from anything that comes around with bad intentions,” Asghari explained with a smile to Spears in an Instagram video while holding up her new pet.
