Pope Francis fired Bishop Joseph Strickland this Saturday the 11th. The conservative, religious man from North America criticizes the more leftwing leadership of the leader of the Catholic Church. Recently Francisco authorized Transsexuals can be baptized and attend weddings.
The Holy See did not disclose the reason for Strickland’s dismissal, who has criticized Francis since 2012. Earlier this year, the then bishop accused His Holiness of “undermining the heritage of the faith.” After publicly expressing his dissatisfaction, Strickland began denouncing internal pressures in the church to abandon the apostolate.

Francis replaced Strickland with his ally Joe Vasquez, also a bishop. Change is extremely rare because when problems arise, the religious in question are called upon to speak and ultimately encouraged to resign.

Among several controversies he has been involved in, Francisco sent a note to Argentine presidential candidate Javier Milei (right): when he states that there are candidates for political office in Argentina who are like “Pied Pipers of Hamelin”.
