Rabelo was discharged from the Hospital de Santa Cruz in Carnaxide earlier this Wednesday evening (July 5). As he exited the health station, the president told reporters that he was feeling “much better” and that the malaise was caused by “a sudden drop in blood pressure,” likely caused by consuming a nutrient drink mixed with “hot Moscatel.” .
