Pregnant Hilary Duff looks like she's fallen in love with her fourth child before the baby is even born.
The 36-year-old actress shared a sonogram on Instagram on Friday of her pregnancy with husband Matthew Koma, with whom she has daughters Mae, five, and Banks, two.
Hilary also co-parents son Luca (11) with her ex-husband Mike Comrie.
Alongside the black and white photo, the Lizzie McGuire alum wrote, “Little stinker with a cute nose.”
The adorable post came after Hilary announced her pregnancy by showing off her baby bump in her family Christmas card, which she posted to Instagram and captioned, “Buckle up Buttercups, we're adding another one to this crazy bunch.”

Alongside the black and white photo, the Lizzie McGuire alum wrote, “Little stinker with a cute nose.”
Matthew also shared the news on his social media, writing: “Baby #4 loading…”
He also cheekily referred to the place as a “vasectomy clinic.”
In another snap of Hilary proudly showing off her growing belly, she wrote: “I've been trying to hide this thing for a minute.”
Hilary had hinted at welcoming more family members months before revealing her pregnancy.
“I’m in the process of starting a family,” she told Shape magazine in June.
“I built this and I wanted this and that’s why I need to be here to enjoy the joyful and the painful and everything in between.”
This time last year, Hilary was mourning the death of Aaron Carter, who was found dead in his home on November 5, 2022, aged 34.
“To Aaron – I'm deeply sorry that life has been so hard for you and that you've had to fight in front of the whole world,” she wrote on Instagram, referring to his public battle with substance use disorder.

Hilary and Aaron started dating in 2000 when they were barely out of their teens.
They had an on-again, off-again relationship until 2003, when they officially separated for good.
