The bodies of the missing pregnant teenager who was due to give birth and her boyfriend have been found dead, according to her family.
Savanah Nicole Soto, 18, and her boyfriend Matthew Guerra, 22, disappeared on December 23rd.
The couple's bodies were found at the Colinas Medical Apartments on the Northwest Side.
According to authorities, the 18-year-old was last seen at her home in Leon Valley and was described as being in “imminent danger” or in an involuntary disappearance.
Soto, 18, never showed up at the hospital where she was scheduled to be induced at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

Mariana Delgado, who claims to be the late teen's sister-in-law, posted on Facebook that Soto's body was found earlier in the evening and that it was in “bad, bad condition.”
Later, Delgado asked to let the family grieve.
“Savanah was so happy because she wanted to be a mom. “It breaks my heart,” Soto’s mother, Gloria Cordova, told KENS5 through tears.
'Please come home. Nobody will judge you. “Nobody’s going to say anything,” Cordova said. “I just want you home.”
The Leon Valley Police Department issued a clear warning Monday for Soto, described as a white female, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The heartbroken mother said she last heard from her daughter Friday afternoon but couldn't reach her Saturday when she decided to check on Soto at her apartment outside San Antonio.
“I walked by there and knocked and knocked and knocked and she didn’t answer,” Cordova said. “We arrived at the hospital. They said she wasn't there.'

Cordova said Soto was ready to become a mother, had the nursery finished and planned to give birth with her mother in the delivery room.
“We don't even know what happened.” “They said it could be anything,” Cordova said, adding that her daughter would never disappear like that.
Cordova had also asked for help on social media and posted a photo of the pregnant Soto.
“I am worried for her safety, she is with her boyfriend who is not good,” the distraught mother had written in a Facebook post.
Soto's bizarre disappearance sparked an overwhelming response from social media users, and a Facebook group was created to search for the teenager.
Her boyfriend Matthew Guerra is also missing and some have accused him of being involved. Guerra's mother denied the allegations against her son: “I know my son and he wouldn't do anything to hurt her.”
More than 17,000 users joined the Find Savannah Soto Discussion group as social media users eagerly searched for clues that could potentially lead to Soto's disappearance.
The discussion under #savannahsoto had garnered more than seven million views on TikTok by midday Tuesday.
Social media users have accused Soto's friend Guerra of abuse, citing the bruises and marks they observed on Soto in their TikTok videos.
A user who claimed to be a neighbor of Soto and Guerra last year said he saw the friend “arguing and hitting them almost every day.”
“I saw him punch her and kick her down while she was unconscious,” the unnamed person said, adding that “he kicked her on the body and face” and “she needed stitches.”
The person claimed he was testifying against Guerra, who was supposedly on probation.
Guerra's mother denied the allegations against her son: “I know my son and he wouldn't do anything that could hurt her.”
“I know my son and his girlfriend were kidnapped against their will because my son does what he does for money.” “He is not a violent boyfriend,” the mother said in a deleted Facebook post.
